Shipping fees are not refundable. Returns without an RAC

Returned orders without a Return Authorization Code (RAC), will fall within the return policy of both the manufacturer and AquasanaH2O and will be subject to a refund minus shipping costs both ways.  All you have to do is write this code on the outside of the package and return it to us, we'll gladly refund the full purchase price of the returned product.
